In the September supplement to the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (Volume 62, Number 9, Supplement 2), the article entitled “Strategies for Management of Single-Tooth Extraction Sites in Aesthetic Implant Therapy,” by Anthony Sclar featured images that were not identified as having previously appeared in his textbook, “Soft Tissue and Esthetic Considerations in Implant Dentistry,” which was published in 2002 by Quintessence Publishing Company. The publisher regrets this error.
