In the September 2008 issue, in the article titled “Identification of Aspergillus Species in Oral Tissue Samples of Patients With Hematologic Malignancies by In Situ Hybridization: A Preliminary Report” by Myoken et al (J Oral Maxillofac Surg 66:1905-1912), there was an error in Table 1. The correct ISH value for patient 16 was positive (+).
